From this year, an important novelty will enter the cellar for refinement: the 13 hl Stockinger barrels. Produced by the renowned Austrian company, these barrels are handcrafted with fine oak wood seasoned in the open air for at least 6 years.
The Stockinger barrels fully respect the wine, its fruit and its minerality, creating perfect micro-oxygenation, which enhances the expression of the territory and the vine itself. These containers will house a part of our cru Orestilla, which will refine here instead of in tonneau.
