Our dinner in the vineyard is becoming one of the fixed appointments of the summer on lake Garda, and this year will include moments of surprise show.
The appointment will be Saturday 6 August at 8 pm in the vineyards overlooking the cellar: we will live together an evening of taste, cheerful banquet and good music.
We will open the evening with a rich aperitif at sunset, and then sit at the table and taste the dishes prepared by the chef Claudio Campostrini and paired with our Luganas .
This is the menu we have designed for you:
Mediterranean canapé with tomato butter, capers, Taggiasca olives and parmesan
