An extraordinary Night of the Shooting Stars? Let's celebrate it together in Montonale, Saturday 10th August.

At 7.30 pm we will meet to toast with Primessenza 2020 and Primessenza Rosé 2019, pure Turbiana and Groppello champagne method, Lugana Montunal 2023 and Chiaretto Rosa di Notte 2023 combined with finger food, gastronomic specialties and a tasty first course.
In particular, we will taste:

Finger foods
Mini cone with gorgonzola cream, pecans and honey
Mini sandwich with grilled ham and trifola mushrooms
Canapé with citrus butter and smoked duck speck
White polenta canapé with Garda whitefish
Mini Venetian with tuna, pearl onion and tobiko eggs
White bread roulade with Norwegian salmon with black and white sesame and trout roe

Raw Parma ham reserved for 24 months and melon morsels
Piave pepita and crunchy Verona radicchio with EVO oil
Piedmontese grilled ham and red onion mustard

A swing ensemble will perform for the entire evening, and at sunset we will walk in the vineyard up to the star observation point, where three expert amateur astronomers will guide us with the aid of telescopes to the knowledge of stars and constellations.

The event is by reservation and places are limited; the cost is 70 euros per person.
